Meet Mathebe Molise is an innovator and entrepreneur. When she’s not at her 9 to 5, she is single handedly managing and running her company Beauty on TApp.

Beauty on Tapp is an mobile phone app that provides their customers with a database on beauty services from hair to nails to makeup around their area. This is the first of it’s kind and she is celebrated as a top innovator in the African beauty industry.

Mathebe has been named as one of the top innovative women in Africa and Forbes recently named her on their 2019 list of Forbes New Wealth Creators, a collection of female entrepreneurs in Africa running new, radical businesses and social enterprises.

What is your biggest fear about the future?

Not reaching my full potential and sweating my own personal assets being my ambition and drive. I want to fully mine my passion, potential and drive to make a difference in the world.

What gets you out of bed every morning?

Every morning I start the day off on a clean slate and look forward to what I can achieve. I use every morning as a fresh start to take on challenges and be great.

What is your definition of success?

Success is doing what you love and being great at it every day, consistently and with passion.

One fun fact about you?

I’m actually really funny – I love cracking jokes and just making people around me laugh.
